Week In Premiere

Week In Premiere

Want to see what people are saying about Premiere Pro on social media? Without having to scroll through all the personal posts and cat pictures? Now you can. Week in Premiere is a weekly post that aggregates the best of Premiere Pro on Twitter.

Twitter is a fantastic place for Premiere Pro users to ask questions and share answers. Because social media is an ongoing conversation, it's easy to fall behind and miss out on great editing tips or breaking news. Premiere Pro editors have other interests as well and sometimes relevant Tweets get lost in their feeds. I love following the Premiere Pro conversation on Twitter, but it can get really noisy and difficult to hear what other users are saying. Introducing Week in Premiere, a weekly digest of the best Premiere Pro posts on Twitter.

What Is Week In Premiere?

Week in Premiere is a new weekly post on PremiereBro.com that will give a snap shot view of the most relevant Premiere Pro posts on Twitter. Every weekend, Week in Premiere will feature embedded Tweets, along with superlatives and brief commentary for easy consumption. There's so much helpful information about Premiere Pro being shared on social media andWeek in Premiere puts it in one place.

How Does Week In Premiere Work?

I am trolling the key word and hashtag "Premiere Pro" on Twitter. If a Tweet contains "Premiere Pro", chances are I'll see it. Helpful or humorous Tweets will be collected throughout the work week and aggregated by theme, not in chronological order. Every weekend, a link to Week in Premiere will be shared via social media with the hashtag: #WeekInPr.

If you'd like to see your Tweet featured on Week in Premiere, simply use "Premiere Pro" or the #WeekInPr hashtag in your post. Obviously, the content of your Tweet needs to be directly related to Premiere Pro. The more interesting or funny the Tweet, the more likely it will be selected. Selection is subjective. That's my disclaimer. Week in Premiere is about bringing value to the Premiere Pro conversation and benefiting all Premiere Pro users.

Why Is Premiere Bro Doing Week In Premiere?

Premiere Bro is all about Premiere Pro. Shocker. That means every post, every Tweet, every like/favorite is going to be on brand—Premiere Pro. So you can follow me, knowing you're only going to get Premiere Pro posts and no personal spam. As a Premiere Pro editor and avid Twitterer, I would appreciate a place where I can easily consume only current Tweets about Premiere Pro. Week in Premiere was created based on the assumption there are other Premiere Pro users who would enjoy the same experience.

Thanks for reading! I would especially love your feedback on this new venture. Please let me know if you have any comments, suggestions, or corrections.
